Direction from I-90, Rapid City
Exit 61 is a right hand exit directing you to Hwy 16 truck. Stay on Hwy 16 truck for 8.5 miles. Turn left on Hwy 16 West at the stop light. Continue travel on Hwy 16 approximately 10 miles. Take the right hand lane to Hill City and continue through Hill City on Hwy 16. Travel 3 miles beyond Hill City and turn left on Hwy 244. Palmer Gulch/Mt Rushmore KOA is on the left side.
